I feel great pleasure to introduce D.N. College as Co-educational renouned college of the area , which was establishes in 1958was only 25 students in B.Sc (Maths Group). Now it has a strenght
of about 5,000 students with the Faculties of Sciences, Commerce, Arts and newly started Education Faculty. We are running IGNOU Centre efficiently.

The College has seperate spacious buildings for different departments with very well equipped undergraduate and post graduate laboratories. Besides the college has a newly constructed computer laboratory, a central library cum-reading room with a book bank for poor students, sports facilites, N.C.C., Rovers Rangers, a , modern gym, medical and canteen facilities, a career guidance cell as also a financial assistance cell for meritorious as well as financially poor and backward students. All the departments and library are provided with internet facility.

The teaching staff of the college is well qualified having profound knowledge of their subjects. Infect, they are devoted and dedicated whole heartedly to the well being of the college and students. Almost all the teachers are adorned with Ph.D. degree. They are members / life members of academic societies. So as to keen them abreast with the latest trends in the subject, they keep on attending / organizing conferences, symposia, seminars departmental libraries with a good collection of books and journals. The college, therefore, provided research facilities to students in the subjects of Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, English , Economics and commerce. Every year a number of students are awarded Ph. D. degree of Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut under the guidance of college teachers in different subjects.

The very survival of the college was initially based on its excellent results. This has now become a tradition. It is no exaggeration that the results of the college are outstanding and sometimes stunning too. Every year the students of different classes of the college are securing places in the University merit lists. Besides many students are selected in various competitive examination and thus add glory and laurel to the college.

We cannot achieve anything unless there is peaceful atmosphere in the college . The proctorial board of the college keeps a sharp vigil. In fact all the members of teaching and non teaching staff contribute their bit in upgrading the college environment. The academic and cultural societies in the college utilize the free time of students and hence they hardly find any time to think otherwise.
Last but not the least , there is complete hormony between teachers, principal and management of the college. The commitment and devotion of the college is just exemplary. Because of his undying desire and efforts to upgrade the college is just exemplary. Because of his undying desire and effort to upgrade the college in all spheres, he is kept in high esteem by one and all.
