Established in 1882 as a Primary School, by Late Sh. Pt. Gauri Dutt Ji Deva Nagri had rose to a status of Post Graduate College in 1958. The College is an integral part of Ch. Charan Singh University of Meerut.

DEVA NAGRI SHIKSHA SAMITEE as an organization of educational institutions, i.e. Intermediate College. Post Graduate College and Polytechnic and also education College (proposed) and Law College (proposed), has people with idea, thoughts and creativity who passionately nurture talent to achieve excellence.
